The Ritual: From Sand to Soul
The process is an invitation to participate in the craft. It begins with you - gathering a small handful of sand from a place that holds your heart.
When that sand arrives at my bench in South Cambridgeshire, the transition begins. Using a "destructive" sand-casting technique, I pack your chosen earth into a mould and pour molten SMO Gold into its center. The heat is intense, the ritual is ancient, and the result is a one-of-a-kind texture—a physical "fingerprint" of your location that can never be replicated.
The Aesthetic: Where Integrity Meets Elegance
My design philosophy is a study in beautiful tension. I am drawn to the honest, monolithic strength of Brutalist architecture, but I frame that raw power with the streamlined, optimistic elegance of Art Deco.
The result is what I call a Sculpted Horizon, a bridge between the raw honesty of the land and the refined elegance of Art Deco geometry. It feels substantial and grounded, yet possesses the refined geometry and sophisticated silhouette that makes it a true piece of wearable art. It is a balance of my past life in high-precision science and my devotion to the alchemy of the forge.
