BOMBÉ RING 6 - Unique sterling silver bombé ring, sandcast and channel set with five princess cut iolites

Stunning and unconventional. A cocktail ring, sandcast in sterling silver with mixing sand textures juxtaposed with polished surfaces and channel set across the curved surface with square stones.
A size K ring, - can be made slightly bigger if needed.
This ring is cast using sand from Kennack Sands on the tip of the south coast of Cornwall. The ring was cast using the Delft Clay technique (every ring cast is different as the mould can only be used once), and then it was cleaned by hand, polished and set.
The stones are channel set. There are five iolites, princess cute arranged across the curved surface. Iolites have a depth that is hard to describe as they are purple-blue but the inclusions give them a deep sparkle, the Romans called them “water sapphires”.
